Fantastic methods ...
Fantastic methods here, thanks a lot. I am finding it very difficult to cope with these anxious thoughts while in College, but i'm sure this technique will really help me.

Thanks again!

You didn't mention what tests these doctors have performed on you. Have you had an MRI, Stress Test, EKG, EEG (brain waves),etc? Do these sensations and/or palpitations only occur at night? If so, I would tend to agree with the diagnosis (panic attacks).
Do they occur prior to falling asleep or always awaken you at night?

My elderly mother was having strange sensations while resting in her chair or in bed that she described as if someone were pumping air into her arm and chest. No one was with her when she had these "attacks" so the family and doctors thought they were panic attacks. Later it became more evident that she was actually having seizures. Her prognosis after she had a CAT SCAN and MRI was that she had multiple brain lesions and she passed away a few months later.

I'm not trying to frighten you as they were different than what you are experiencing and you also mentioned having them for years. Perhaps you can go to one of these sleep apnea centers. They can observe you while you are asleep and run some tests on you.
I would continue to see different cardiologists and possibly neurologists until all tests were done in order to rule out any physiological disorders.
References :
I would like the ...
I would like the program for free? Yes that program that you probably spent 100's of thousands putting the material and time into? I had panic attacks for a long time, to the point I was sent to the Mayo Clinic for testing of every possible medical condition. I ordered the program and can say after a short period I could tell this was the answer. If you see Charles offers 1 year of your money back with no questions asked. So if it doesn't work it is free and if it does...

Well said ...
Well said Twinspop23. If people realised the amount of money we spend on the business, support, manufacturing etc. they would never ask for it for free. The price is minimal when you understand what you receive. Thanks. Charles

I wish therev were ...
I wish therev were an easier way to get visibility, we use the web with varied success. I want everyone who needs the program to have the opportunity to try it but visibility is always an issue. I wish I had an answer; it would be amazing to help more sufferers.

We tend to ...
We tend to romanticize the Mother Theresa's of the world and villainize the creators who make our lives easier and who have relieved more suffering than she ever did.

I find it hilarious that people nag on others for charging for a service that helps people better their lives. It is evident Charles Linden has great purpose and sympathy for those who have panic disorder, as he knows what it's like. That he profits from his deeds in whatever fashion is only just.

He probably deserves more.

people please try ...
people please try and use least amount of medication as possible.
Remember we are trying to get rid of panick and anxiety in the long term. For Life!!
Getting used to controlling anxiety with medication is good to a point but if that point is not respected you will become addicted.
Most Docs will tell you the meds are not addictive! Not true!
Anything that can psychologically make you feel better you can become dependant on
And when you stop taking the meds...
guess what!!
Anxiety attack.
